Generate Clock Hours Report in Exxat Prism - Students

The Clock Hours Report in Exxat Prism provides a comprehensive summary of clinical hours logged by students across multiple courses.

This report allows users to do the following. 

• View Total Clinical Hours:  Access a consolidated view of all clinical hours. The report includes observation and evaluation hours based on age groups, total hours based on different settings, placement details, attestation details, and similar.
  
  
• Apply Filters: Utilize filters such as course name, rotation, and setting to narrow down the data, enabling focused analysis on specific aspects of the clinical experience.
  
  
• Export Data: Export the report for further analysis or record-keeping purposes, ensuring flexibility in data management.

To Generate Clock Hours Report in Exxat Prism follow these steps. 

1. Navigate to the Learning Activities section from the dashboard or the hamburger menu. 
   
2. Select Reports from the top menu. 
   
3. Click on the Clock Hours in the report column. 
   
4. Click Select Course Offerings to select all the courses for which you wish to generate or fetch the hours. 
   
5. Select the course to generate the report. You can select all the courses at once or choose individual courses as required and click Apply. 
   
   
   
6. Apply additional Filters on Rotation, Setting, Status, Site, Location, Clinical Educator and Date, to filter the data.
7. Click Generate Report
   For example:  If you only need data for specific rotations for “in person mode” delivery at specific location, then you can select these filters and then click on “Generate Report”.
   
   
   

Make sure to scroll to the bottom and to the right of the grid to view additional columns. You can also export/download the data into a excel file by clicking the export icon .
