1. How to access my student's placements?
• Faculty of an entire course: click the “Courses” tile on the dashboard to view placement info.
• Faculty assigned to groups/individuals: click “Student Placements” tile.

2. Why can I not see any students in my placement list?
• Entire‑course faculty: ask admin to map the course to your profile.
• Group faculty: go to Student Placements → By Course → select activity to review across all students.

3. Why can't I access course information?
If the course isn’t visible under “Courses,” your admin must assign the course to your faculty profile.
4. How do I review forms or evaluations?
• Entire‑course faculty: Courses → expand Learning Activity → Review (Forms, Logs, Timesheets, Time Off).
• Group‑faculty: Student Placements → By Placement → click “Review” in Coursework column.

5. Where can I see my students and review their assignments?
• Entire‑course: Courses → select course → Learning Activity → Review → click status like “Pending School Review.”
• Individual students: Student Placements → By Placement → click “Review” → check assignment statuses (“Get Started”, “In Progress by Student”, “Pending School Review”).

6. How to add and invite faculty to access the system?
Only school administrators can add or invite faculty.
7. Why don’t I see any forms or evaluations for a specific student?
Admins may not have granted form‑view permissions. Contact your school administrator.
8. Can I add new values in the administrative position dropdown list?
Yes—schools can select “Other (Please Specify)” and type in the value.
9. Can the assigned faculty view/review student compliance documents?
Assigned course faculty and advisers see compliance status, but only admins can conduct reviews.
10. When and how can faculty invites be sent out?
• Without SSO: invites sent via Faculty & Staff setup section.
• With SSO: contact support.

11. Can the faculty profile be created by uploading a CV?
No—profiles are filled manually; the system then generates a CV automatically.
12. How do I add/edit faculty roles?

13. How to change a faculty role to Administrator?

14. How to update a faculty's email address?
1. Go to Faculty & Staff

• To mark Inactive: Faculty & Staff → select name → pencil → set Status to Inactive.

16. Can program admins assign faculty with student placements from Faculty & Staff?
No—you must assign placements via the “Placement Faculty” dropdown during placement setup.
17. Can faculty activate Forms/Evaluations themselves?
Yes—faculty associated with a course can activate course forms/evaluations.
