This article provides you the steps to setup HIPAA training for students by ComplianceJunction via Exxat Prism. 

Setting up HIPAA training

To setup the HIPAA training follow the steps listed below. 

1. Login to Exxat Prism and go to Students Compliance from the dashboard or the hamburger menu. 
   
2. Go to Setup tab.
   
3. Select the cohort from the Cohort drop-down menu.
   
   
   
4. Go to External Trainings section and click on the pencil icon for HIPAA Training. 
   
   
   
5. In the HIPAA Training drawer do the following. 
   1. Enable HIPPA Training
   2. Select Vendor - ComplianceJunction 
   3. Enter the Course Id provided by ComplianceJunction.
   4. Enter the Course Link provided by ComplianceJunction. 
   5. Enable Mandatory slide to make the training mandatory. 
   6. Choose if you do not want the training to be reviewed by Approve.
   7. Enable Include In profile link. 
   8. Enable Review Required. 
   9. Enable to indicate if the training contains sensitive information.
   10. Set Due date.
   11. Provide Guidelines to students while signing up for the training. 
       
6. Click Save  button in the right top corner of the HIPAA Training drawer. 
7. Click Confirm to save the course details and enable HIPAA training.
   
   HIPAA training is setup for the cohort selected. 
   
8. In the Student Compliance-Setup page, click Publish button in the top right corner to make the HIPAA training available for students.
