Using Ask Leo: Your AI Assistant for Exxat Prism

Introduction

Welcome to the help document on using Ask Leo, your personal AI assistant for Exxat Prism. Ask Leo is designed to streamline your experience, simplify tasks, and provide instant answers to your questions about Exxat Prism’s features, tools, or workflows. It can also perform actions like adding and assigning tags, changing your password, personalizing your theme, and navigating directly to specific sections within Exxat Prism.

This document will guide you on how to interact with Ask Leo effectively, ensuring you maximize the benefits of this powerful tool.

Asking Questions

To interact with Ask Leo:

1. Click on the Ask Leo button.
   

2. Choose a frequently asked question or type a new question in the query text box. For example: “How do I review my students’ patient logs?”

3. You can type in your custom query/question you want to get answered

4. Alternatively, you can click on the microphone icon to verbally ask your question (a functional microphone is required). After speaking, click on the stop icon to populate your query in the text box.
    

5. Click the send icon to submit your question.

Ask Leo will process your request and provide an answer. If you use the microphone, Leo will also audibly speak the response.
 

Providing Feedback on Responses

• Click the thumbs-up icon to indicate satisfaction with the response.

• Click the thumbs-down icon to provide feedback on incorrect or unsatisfactory answers. You will be prompted to select a reason and provide an explanation.

• You can also Click on "Save as PDF" button to export the response

Creating and Assigning Tags

Ask Leo can help you create and assign tags to Sites, Locations, Contracts, Personnel, and Students.

Creating a Tag

1. Ask Leo: “Create a new student tag.”

2. A window will open for configuration:

   • Enter the tag name in the Tag Name text box.

   • Choose a color using the color palette.

   • Use the module dropdown to assign the tag to sites, contracts, locations, or personnel.

3. Click the Add button to save the new tag.

Assigning a Tag

1. Ask Leo: “Assign the married tag to Janet.”

2. A window will open to manage the assignment:

   • Select the module (e.g., Student Profile).

   • Choose the tag to assign.

   • Select the student (e.g., Janet Brown).

3. Click the Assign Tag button to complete the process.

 

Gathering Information

Ask Leo can gather and present data related to:

• Student Placements

• Site Contracts

• Student Tags

Example:

• Ask Leo: “How many students have been assigned the married tag?”

• Leo will display the relevant information.

Changing Your Password

To change your password using Ask Leo:

1. Type “Change my password” in the query text box.

2. A window will appear:

   • Enter your current password.

   • Enter your new password in the Enter New Password text box. Hover over the “i” icon to view password guidelines.

   • Re-enter your new password in the Re-enter Password text box.

   • Click the Save button.

Note: Password changes are only available for non-SSO accounts.

 

Changing Your Theme

Ask Leo can personalize your theme. Example:

• Ask Leo: “Change my theme to high contrast mode.”

Leo will update the system theme to high contrast mode for improved readability.

Navigating Exxat Prism

You can ask Leo to navigate to specific sections within Exxat Prism. Example:

• Ask Leo: “Take me to the Student Setup section.”

Leo will confirm the action and load the requested section.
