How to access, setup, and use the form:
- Navigate to: Sites > Setup > Form Setup
- Create a new form: Use the 'Create New Form' button to add questions and sections using different elements based on your requirements. If you already use a form today, you can also copy from the existing configured forms and edit the questions to create a new form and save effort
- Fill out the form: Go to the 'Assessments' section for a location or site and click on the 'Add assessment' button to start filling out the form
- Review Responses: Use the 'Comprehensive Assessment Report' to analyze the data collected to make decisions
