Profile
1. Where can I find the clinical questionnaire?
Click Profile from your dashboard or hamburger menu. On the right of profile page, under Additional Profile Details, you will find the clinical questionnaire.
2. How do I switch profiles?
If you are a student worker and enrolled in multiple programs with the same email, click the Bento Menu icon (9 dots) to select another program.
3. Where can I find onboarding Attestations?
You can find attestations added by your school. Click on "Complete Attestations" and complete all pending attestations.
Learning Activities
1. Can I upload my own rubric?
Students cannot upload rubrics into the system. Please reach out to your school administrator.
2. My Supervisor/CI/Preceptor cannot open a link to review Timesheet/Patient Log/Form/Evaluations
Contact your program administrator if they cannot open review links.
3. Can I delete an uploaded file for an Assignment?
Students cannot delete uploaded files once submitted. Contact your school administrator.
4. How to turn on notifications?
Notifications are not available. Please reach out to your school administrator.
5. How do I download my timesheets?
1. Go to Dashboard → Coursework.
2. Click course name or “View Details.”
3. In the Patient Log box, click the number of logs.

7. Where can I see my grades on my assignments?
Go to Dashboard → Learning Activities. In Forms/Evaluations tab, expand each course to view individual scores.
8. Can I input my timesheet beyond the two weeks?
If your school allows entering timesheets for future dates, you may. Contact your school administrator.
9. How to delete Time off?
You cannot delete requested time off once submitted. Please contact your school administrator.
10. Can I submit multiple clinical logs at once?
No. Each clinical/patient log must be submitted individually. After submission, send for review using "Send for Preceptor Review."
11. How do I add personal days to the timesheet?
Use Timeoff activity (if activated by your school): click “+Timeoff” in Course Activities for your placement. Contact school admin if not available.
12. How do I correct information in a submitted form?
Contact your school administrator for corrections.
Compliance
1.How to contact the Approve team?
Email APPROVE@EXXAT.COM with YOUR SCHOOL NAME & YOUR CLASS in the subject.

Files pending review (not yet approved) can be removed:

Click Compliance. If HIPAA is activated by your school, it will be visible among mandatory/optional requirements.
4. What are the mandatory compliance requirements?
Go to Compliance to view school-mandated requirements.
5. CPR requirements? How do I upload my CPR information?
If CPR is activated by your school in Compliance, it will be visible there.
6. Where is the release of information form?
Check in Compliance. If activated, you'll see the requirement and form there.
7. Can we pull my compliances from my old profile?
Yes, if your account is still active—download the report of submitted compliance requirements.
8. Where to post TB results?
Click Compliance. If Tuberculosis requirement is activated, you can upload results there.
9. How do I book a fingerprint background check?
1. Go to Compliance → Select Universal‑Background Standard requirement → Get Started.
2. Click + next to “Universal Details” → select package → Request Screening.

Coursework
1. Why can't I see my placement/rotation?
Placement/rotation is not visible until published by your school under “Require Placement” tab in Coursework.

No. Exxat does not provide a sample letter. Students must upload their own.

Go to Coursework → course name or “View Details.” On the right side, add Clinical Instructor details and save.
7. How do I see my next rotation?
Go to Coursework. Both current and upcoming rotations are displayed.
8. Who can see coursework?
Student, course faculty, and school administrators can view the coursework page.
My Request Wishlist
1. How and when can I edit a My Request wishlist after submission?
Once submitted, wishlist cannot be edited. Contact school administrator to reopen it.
2. can Exxat handle changes to My Request wishlists?
No. Contact your program coordinator for any changes.
3. Where can I add other details not asked in My Request wishlist?
You can comment in the form or contact your school administrator to add additional details.
4. Whom can I reach out to for confusion filling My Request wishlist?
Contact your school administrator for support.
5. Is the school notified when I save and submit a My Request wishlist?
Yes, if the school has enabled notifications.
6. Can I comment on the submitted wishlist, and who sees it?
Yes, you can comment anytime. The school admin is notified and can reply.
7. Whom to contact for queries about wishlist status?
Contact your school administrator.
8. How will I know that My Request has been converted into a placement?
You’ll see the status update or the placement appear once published by your school.
