Q: How to remove uploaded files?
A: You can only remove the uploaded files if the same has not been ‘Approved’ and are in ‘Pending Review’ status.
To remove an uploaded file, please follow the below steps:
- Click Compliance from your dashboard or left side menu.
- For the ‘Pending Review’ requirement status, click on the pencil icon under Action column.
- You will see the details entered and the document uploaded.
- Click on the pencil icon.
- A drawer will open, and you can delete the document from the trash bin icon.

A: Yes, if your account is still active in the system, you can download the report of your submitted compliance requirements.

Q: How do I book a fingerprint background check?
A: Here’s a quick overview of how to request a Universal Background Check through Exxat:
1. Click the “Compliance” button on the Dashboard page.
2. Select the Universal-Background Standard requirement from the list of documents and click "Get Started."
3. Click the + icon next to “Universal Details” to begin.
4. Select a package by clicking the correct radio button, which will enable the “Request Screening” button.
5. Submit your request using your legal name as written on a government document to avoid delays.
After submission, you’ll receive an email from Universal to complete your application. If you need more detailed steps or have specific questions, feel free to ask!
