Q: How to contact the Approve team?

A: For any questions related to your document status, please email APPROVE@EXXAT.COM and in your email subject, please include YOUR SCHOOL NAME & YOUR CLASS (EX: Spring 2024).

Q: How to remove uploaded files?

A: You can only remove the uploaded files if the same has not been ‘Approved’ and are in ‘Pending Review’ status.

To remove an uploaded file, please follow the below steps:

• Click Compliance from your dashboard or left side menu.
• For the ‘Pending Review’ requirement status, click on the pencil icon under Action column.
• You will see the details entered and the document uploaded.
• Click on the pencil icon.
• A drawer will open, and you can delete the document from the trash bin icon.

Q: Where can I find my HIPPA form?

A: For accessing the HIPPA form, click Compliance from your dashboard or left side menu. On this page, you will see the list of all the mandatory & optional compliance requirements that your school has asked you to upload and submit.

If your school has activated the HIPPA form requirement as a mandatory or optional compliance requirement, then it will be visible on this screen.

Q: What are the mandatory compliance requirements?

A: For accessing the mandatory compliance requirements, click Compliance from your dashboard or left side menu. On this page, you will see the list of all the mandatory & optional compliance requirements that your school has asked you to upload and submit.

Q: CPR requirements?

A: For accessing the CPR requirements, click Compliance from your dashboard or left side menu. On this page, you will see the list of all the mandatory & optional compliance requirements that your school has asked you to upload and submit.

If your school has activated the CPR requirement as a mandatory or optional compliance requirement, then it will be visible on this screen.

Q: Where is the release of information form?

A: For accessing the release of information form requirements, click Compliance from your dashboard or left side menu. On this page, you will see the list of all the mandatory & optional compliance requirements that your school has asked you to upload and submit.

If your school has activated this requirement as a mandatory or optional compliance requirement, then it will be visible on this screen.
