We hope you're all geared up and ready for the M1M event! We want you to know that we are here to support you through this process.
Once your Update Location Information request is sent, you’ll want to check if any of your emails failed to deliver. This can happen for a few reasons:
- Typos in the email address
- Email address no longer valid
- Firewalls
- Mailbox full
To view any failed communications, go to Sites > Emails > Email Dashboardfor desired communication. Use the Status filter to quickly find Failed communications.
You can then review your recipients’ information to ensure you have a current, valid address. If the email address you have on file is correct, you can also:
- Send Exxat’s whitelist letter from your personal account
- This addresses any issues with firewalls
- Send the email from your personal account
Some recent enhancements that you have made to improve the experience:
- If you are requesting slots for the first time or need a refresher on how to do it, we have included the 'Get started guide' resource in the Emails section for easy access.
- Program administrators now can select location information (Notes, Requirements, Housing, parking, and personnel) to share with locations for updates. Only the basic information is always visible.
- When sending emails, the filter section now includes options to include locations/sites that don't have any associated attributes such as No Areas Assigned, No Tags Assigned, No Categories Assigned, and No Settings Assigned.
