Scheduling Emails For Sites

As you get ready to send your Update Location Information notifications, here are some things to keep in mind:  

• When selecting recipients, set your filters for Site and Location Status to Active. This ensures you do not contact any inactive locations!  

  

• If our standard email template may not be the one you’d like to use, and that is okay. Take advantage of the +Add Template feature to build your own.  

   

• When building email templates, ensure to include the “@Request Link” merge field. This will be the link your clinical partners will click on to provide updates.
