Adding and inviting students to Exxat Prism

Now that you have learned how to organize students, it’s time to enter them into the system and invite them to Exxat Prism! Follow the steps below:

1. Add Students or Upload the Student List
   • You can add the students individually or in bulk using the 'Add student' feature or the bulk import feature, respectively.
   • The best practice for adding students is to use the bulk import feature to upload the student list.
   • Ensure all mandatory fields in the spreadsheet are filled before uploading.
2. Add the SSO key (if applicable)
   • If your program uses Single Sign-On (SSO), ensure the SSO key is correctly added for each student.
3. Invite Students to Exxat Prism
   • Use either the standard invitation template or create a custom template to invite students.
   • If you are using a custom template to invite students, make sure to include the "@Invitation Link" merge field and ask your students to click on the invitation link to activate their accounts.
