As you prepare to welcome your incoming classes over the Summer, you may want to think about the best way to organize your students in Exxat Prism for optimal tracking and management.
There are a few ways to organize students in Exxat Prism. Let's explore them below:
- Cohort: This is the standard method for tracking and managing students in Exxat Prism. To further organize students within a cohort, use the 'Group' attribute.
Below are the other ways to organize students across the cohorts
- Student Category: This option provides customization to organize students based on additional attributes important for you. Create categories such as academic specialization, degree plans, student enrollment status, etc.
- Campus: If your program has multiple campuses, use this attribute to group students by the location they attend.
- Enrollment Term: Organize students by the first term they enrolled in your program. You can add multiple enrollment terms to group students accordingly.
- Graduation Term: Organize students by the last term they are enrolled in your program. Like enrollment terms, you can add multiple graduation terms to group your students.
- Tags: Use the Tags option to indicate individual students with special attributes. You can create custom options, color-code them, and tag students for quick identification. Examples of tags include 'new parent', 'public transport needs', etc.
