You can now set up auto-notifications for expiring contracts. These notifications can be configured based on the contract end date, and you can choose the frequency at which you receive the emails. Additionally, you can select which faculty and staff should receive the emails and add any additional recipients. You can always edit the setup, deactivate it, or delete it if it is no longer needed.
Go to Sites>Setup>Auto notifications to explore this new feature.
