How to Register Students for a Course Using Exxat Prism

Exxat Prism allows you to efficiently register students for your course and ensure they have a seamless experience accessing their coursework materials. Follow the steps below to register students:

1. From the dashboard or the left menu, navigate to the 'Courses' section.
2. You can choose to register the students while:
   1. Adding a course offering: Select the cohort from the 'cohort' drop down while adding a course offering​​​​​​ (Note: your program must be set up for this.) Choose to auto-register students or manually register them at any time after creating the course offering
   2. After adding the course offering: Choose the course offering you want to register students for. This will take you to the course details page. Go to Students>Student Registration

Tips to remember while registering students

• Make sure all students are added to the system and provided access before starting the registration process.
• Note that you can register students from any cohort to a course offering
• Use 'cloning course offering' feature to copy the course setup from previous courses to save time
• Note that students are no longer auto registered when a cohort is selected while adding a course offering. Instead, programs can choose to bulk-register students after creating the course offering or register them individually.
