Tags are like electronic post-it notes that can be assigned to students, sites, locations, personnel, and contracts. They are useful for organizing and filtering these entities. Each entity can have up to 10 tags.
Why Use Tags?
- Tags help track special attributes, allowing for better data management and coordination within your team.
- They are visible only to program administrators, student advisors, and course faculty.
- They are not visible to students and site personnel (preceptors and staff).
- Customize tag colors for quick identification.
