Discover the new enhancements to the Forms/Evaluations Distribution screen!

We are excited to introduce below enhancements that make form distribution smoother and more efficient:

1. Streamline the distribution process by selecting one or more forms from a single view.
2. The 'Status' column allows you to quickly see which forms have been distributed, when they were sent, and identify any forms pending distribution.
3. 'View History' helps you to easily track and identify evaluations that may need to be re-sent
4. Distribute forms to experiential supervisors, faculty, and site personnel, with the flexibility to select or unselect recipients before sending out the actual emails.

You can also simplify your workflow by scheduling form distributions in advance. Our Auto Distribution feature allows you to set it and forget it, ensuring that your forms go out on time without needing manual intervention.
