A: This is because your placement & rotation details have not been published by your school. Once it is published, you will be able to view the information in the “Require Placement” tab under Coursework.
Q: How do I delete my placements?
A: As a student user, you don’t have the access to delete placements. Please reach out to your school administrator if you need to delete any placement from the system.

A: To know your grades, please reach out to your school administrator for them.
Q: Where do I find the wishlist survey?
A: To find your wishlist, follow the steps:
- Go to Dashboard and click Coursework.
- The system will display all courses you are registered for.
- On ‘Require Placement’ tab, check the ‘May Need Attention’ column for the wishlist that are activated by your school.
- Click on the course name under ‘Course Details’ column or ‘View Details’ under ‘Action’ column to submit the wishlist.
Q: Is there a sample cover letter on Exxat pertaining to clinical placements?
A: Exxat do not have a sample cover letter available for clinical placements. Students have to upload their own letter.
Q: How do I submit my supervision agreement?
A: For submitting the supervision percentage, click Coursework from your dashboard or left side menu. Click on the course name or on ‘View Details’ for the current placement. On the right side, while adding the Clinical Instructor, enter the details and save.
Q: How do I see my next rotation?
A: To see the next rotation, click Coursework from your dashboard or left side menu. On this page, you will see the current placement and rotation and the upcoming rotation.
Q: Who can see coursework?
A: As a student, you, your course faculty and your school administrator can see coursework page.
