PTSE report is a comprehensive evaluation of a PT student's clinical performance, assessing their skills, knowledge, professionalism, and critical thinking. It's used for grading, feedback, and program evaluation.
1. To access the PTSE Report, select Learning Activities from your left-hand menu or the dashboard.
2. Click 'Reports' on the top left hand of your screen.
3. A list of all available reports would be displayed, you can then click on 'Raw Data' for Forms/Evaluations.
4. On the next screen you will need to select the Course Offerings for which you wish to see the report.
5. A new drawer would open where you will see all the course offerings in your program. You can select multiple course offerings from the list, or you can even search for a specific course based on Course Number, Course Name, Academic Year, Professional Year, Term, Cohort & Campus.
6. After selecting the course offerings, the page will show you a list of all the selected courses. In the Filter options you will first select the Form/Evaluation as 'PT Student Evaluation' if you wish to get more granular results, you can apply the filters for 'Clinical Experience, Settings or Status'. Once the selections have been made you can click on the 'Generate Report' button.
7. You will now be able to see the PTSE report based on your selections. You can then click on the 'Export to Excel' button to extract the information in an excel spreadsheet.
