Faculty compliance in Exxat PRISM refers to the process of ensuring that faculty members adhere to the institution's policies, regulations, and standards. This includes various aspects such as: Academic qualifications, Teaching experience, Continuing education, Ethical conduct, Legal requirements.
Pre-requisite: To access faculty compliance features, university must subscribe to the “Exxat Approve” services. Upon subscribing to Approve services, a CSS will be designated to collect the requirements for faculty compliance and offer a short training session on how to utilize the feature.
For configuration, the administrators must follow the prescribed steps when assigning compliance requirements to faculty members:
1. Click on “Faculty and Staff” from the dashboard.
2. Choose the faculty member to whom you wish to assign the compliance document.
3. Within the Faculty profile, select the compliance tab.
4. The Exxat team will organize compliance documents into groups for administrators to assign / distribute. Click on “Assign Documents”
5. Once clicked on “Assign Documents” the groups would appear, admin can choose to assign all the groups or can select one. Admin can click on the Expand Icon to view the list of all the documents under that specific group, once assigned click on “Save”.
Important Note: Only a document group can be assigned to the faculty and not individual documents.
