Placement 360 is an all-in-one placement details page that provides a complete overview of a student's placement, consolidating key information such as student details, location, contracts, supervisors, and learning activities on a single page. You can manage individuals, site requirements, evaluations, and patient logs, while accessing important documents and notes for streamlined management. Each placement is assigned a unique ID, allowing direct access to its Placement 360 page.
To access the Placement 360 board, click the Placement ID available across multiple screens.
The Placement 360 screen, displays the following information:
- Student Details: Name, ID, contact information, and email ID.
- Location Details: Site name, address, and supervisor.
- Rotation Details: Rotation, setting, dates, and status.
- Course Information: Course name, year, and term.
- Status: Timeline that visualizes the milestones of the placement from start till completion.
Placement Details:
- Student Information:
- Name: Displays the student's name. Click the <student name> to open the Student details page.
- ID: Displays student's ID number.
- Course: Displays the course name of the student. Click the <course name> to view the course details in the About page.
- Location: Displays the address of the placement. Click the <location name> to view the site related information on the Sites page.
- Dates:
- Placement Start: Displays the placement start date.
- Placement End: Displays the placement end date.
- Status: Displays the current status of the placement. You can click the status drop-down to update the status.
People: Displays information about the student, faculty, and supervisors associated with the placement. Click the required <people name> to view more details.
Placement Location Details: Provides details about the primary location and any associated sites.
- Location:
- Primary Location: Displays the primary location of the placement.
- Site Name: Displays the name of the site associated with the location.
- Housing: Whether housing is available or required for students placed at this location.
- Parking: Provides information about parking options or restrictions.
- Contract Information:
- Contract Type: Specifies the type of contract associated with the location.
- Contract Status: Indicates the current status of the contract.
- Contract Dates: Shows the start and end dates of the contract.
- Site/Location Contact:
- Contact Information: Displays the contact details of the person responsible for the site or location.
- Notes: A section view notes related to both sites and location.
- All Notes: Provides a section to view notes related to both site and location.
- Site: Provides a section to view notes related to the site.
- Location: Provides a section to view notes related to the location.
Location Requirement: Lists the requirements for the placement, including student requirement uploads and site requirements.
- Requirement Upload: The following table displays a list of student requirement uploads.
- Requirement Name: The name or title of each requirement.
- Notes: Displays additional notes or details related to the requirement.
- Status: Displays the current status of the requirement.
- Document: Click to view or download any associated documents.
- Status: Displays the status of the requirement uploads.
- Requirement Checklist: Displays the requirements uploaded by sites and location.
Learning Activities
- Forms:
- Form Name: Displays the name of the form.
- Form Due Date: Displays the due date for the form.
- Form Submission: Displays whether the form has been submitted.
- Score: The score or grade for the form (if applicable).
- Status: The current status of the form.
- Patient Log Section
- Metrics: Displays various metrics related to patient logs, such as:
- Total Patient Logs
- Pending Review
- Needs Attention
- Approved
- Metrics: Displays various metrics related to patient logs, such as:
- Timesheet Section
- Metrics: Displays various metrics related to timesheets, such as:
- Total Hours

- Calendar: A calendar view allowing you to visualize patient logs and timesheet highlighted in the calendar.
- Navigation: Click arrows to navigate between months.

- All Notes: Provides a section to view notes related to both site and location.
- Placement: Provides a section to view notes related to the placements.
- Slot: Provides a section to view notes related to the slot
- Site: Provides a section to view notes related to the site.
- Location: Provides a section to view notes related to the location.
