Placement dashboard provides a comprehensive summary of all placement group/course offering statistics, allowing for easy assessment of placement scope and readiness. It graphically visualizes the number of placed and unplaced students, as well as published and unpublished placements, through course and rotation views. Users can view rotation timelines in a calendar format, offering both summarized and detailed insights. Built-in navigation ensures seamless access to individual placement pages for more detailed management.
The dashboard displays:

Summary Statistics: View essential metrics such as the total number of courses, students, registrations, wishlists, slots, and placement statistics. You can view and edit the required information for
- Available Slots: Click Available Slots to open the Slots > Dashboard view for detailed information. For more information, go to Managing Slots by Placements.
- Placements: Click Placements to open the Placements > Location view, to view, add, edit or place a student to a site. For more information, go to Placing and Publishing Placements to Students.
- Wishlist: Click Wishlist to add, manage and use students' preferences for rotations. For more information, go to Managing Wishlists for Student Rotations.

Try Placement Assist: Run Placement Assist directly from the dashboard for efficient matching and placement. For more information, go to Using Placement Assist.

Alert: Access all the alerts related to the placement group or course offering in a centralized location. Highlights critical issues like on-hold placements, courses without registered students, or courses missing learning activities. Click the required alert, the Placements > List view is displayed in a new tab where you can view and edit and update the student details as required. Click View all to view all the alerts. Placement Overview: Visualize the number of placed, not placed students, published and unpublished placements, related to courses and rotations. View the graph by:

Course: You can hover on the bar graph to view the details of the placement. The bar graph displays Placed Students are displayed in blue, Non-placed Students are displayed in grey, Published Placements are displayed in green, and Not Published Placements are displayed in pink.

Rotation: You can hover on the bar graph to view the details of the rotation. The bar graph displays Published placements are displayed in green and Not Published placements are displayed in pink for the rotation.

Course: You can hover on the bar graph to view the details of the placement. The bar graph displays Placed Students are displayed in blue, Non-placed Students are displayed in grey, Published Placements are displayed in green, and Not Published Placements are displayed in pink.

Timeline Overview: Explore the timeline of rotations in a calendar view, offering both summarized and detailed information for each rotation. If a rotation needs any attention, then the rotation information card is displayed in red. In the Rotations section, you can explore the following:
- Click the assigned rotation in the calendar to open a detailed view for the of the rotation. To edit or add a rotation, click the rotation name. For more information about rotation setup, go to Adding Rotations.
- Click Show Upcoming to view the future dated placements in the calendar view.
- Click Today to view the placement scheduled for the current date.
Note: If you have not set any rotation, then you will not be able to view any details on the dashboard. You can click Setup Rotation to add new rotation. For more information, go to Adding Rotations.
