Question: Can we add a common document for all the students for a batch?
Answer: Yes, while setting up documents, if the schools select the "uploaded by school" option, however, this is only applicable for common documents like Insurance.
Question: Can we upload a compliance document on students' behalf?
Answer: Yes, the Compliance officer or the Administrator has the ability to upload a document on the student's behalf for that requirement.
Question: How does the student get notified when the documents expire?
Answer: The Compliance officer or the Administrator has the option to send notifications to students for different statuses.
Question: Do we have limited system access for school Admins (excluding Compliance)?
Answer: Yes, we do have this type of access in the system. The role is called "PRISM Administrator Without Compliance".
Question: Can we add sample documents or templates for students?
Answer: Yes, the Administrator or the Compliance officer can add a template or a sample document for students under each requirement.
Question: Can we replicate compliance templates from an older cohort to a new cohort?
Answer: Yes, from the dropdown of 'Select Template', you can select the previous cohort and clone the exact same requirements by applying that template while doing the setup.
Question: The process to set up Sensitive data & steps related to it, is there any report to gather cumulative data?
Answer: Sensitive compliance requirements can be activated by the Exxat support team. As of now, there is no cumulative report for the same.
Question: What is the difference between Prism and Approve subscriptions?
Answer:

Answer: As of now there is no notification available for the Administrators when a student uploads a compliance document.

Q: How to add faculty compliance?
A: To add faculty compliance, please reach out to your CSS or Account Manager. You can also reach out to Exxat support by sending an email to prism-support@exxat.com.
Q: How do I delete a student’s name from a student compliance list?
A: To delete a student’s name from a student compliance list, mark the student ‘Inactive’ by going into the student profile.
Q: How can a student share their compliances with an affiliate?
A: To share compliance documents as a student, follow the steps:
- Click Profile from the dashboard.
- Click on the down arrow on Share Profile from the right-side top of the page.
- Click on the Share Profile option. A drawer will open from the right side.
- Select the checkbox “Include compliance documents in the profile link”. You can also click on the arrow for further drill down to select the preferred documents that you want to share.
- Enter the recipient's email address in the ‘To’ field. You can also copy someone else from the ‘CC’ option.
- Click Send on the right side of the drawer.
