Locations column shows how many locations are associated to the contract. Export the report data to a Excel format to see the location names and the count of contacts related to the location. |

Clinical Education Sites with Atleast One Placement
Section 1: Clinical Education Information
Section 1.1: Get data for the number of clinical education sites with which the program has a clinical education agreement.
Steps:

Go to Sites from the dashboard or the left hamburger menu.

Go to Contracts, The default view/tab here is Sites With Contracts.

Use the filter on the top right to select the appropriate status of the contracts (for example, you will want to apply the filter to filter only for Site Status = Active.

Export the report into a Excel file for further analysis.
Note: It is recommended to sort the report by Start Date to ensure the data is sorted chronologically.
Tip: For sections 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 , create Learning Activity Group with the course offerings for the cohort or academic year that you report on. |
Section 1.2: Get data on the clinical instructors who worked with students during the last academic year, and the percentage (%) of Credentialed Clinical Instructors.

Go to the Learning Activity section from the left hamburger menu.

Ensure that you have the right Learning Activity group. You learning
Make sure we have selected a cohort with the required courses. -
Go to the Reports section and click on the Total Qualifications of CIs (Standard 4O) report.

Select the appropriate Learning Activity group and relevant group and rotations and click on ‘Download
Section 1.3: Of the clinical instructors who worked with your students during the last academic year, what percent (%) held some type of certification of advanced clinical skill (e.g., ABPTS, FAAOMPT, Other; But not first aid/CPR)?
Steps:

Go to the Learning Activity section from the left hamburger menu.

Ensure you have the required Learning Activity Group (based on courses from one or more cohorts)

Go to the Reports section and click on the Total Qualifications of CIs (Standard 4O) report.

Select the appropriate LA group and relevant group and rotations and click on ‘Download Report’ to get the data.
Section 1.4: Have any students had a clinical instructor who has had less than one year of clinical experience regardless of part-time or full-time assignment?
Steps:

Go to the Learning Activity section from the left hamburger menu.

Ensure you have the required LA group (based on courses from one or more cohorts)
- Go to the Reports section and click on Total Qualifications of CIs (Standard 4O) report

Select the appropriate LA group and relevant courses and click on ‘Download Report’ to get the data.
Section 2: Applicant Admission Information
Number of students who graduated or are expected to graduate
Steps:

Go to the Students section from the left hamburger menu.

Go to the Reports tab, select report Race, Gender, Age & Ethnicity
- Select the filter to get the data for the desired cohort and under the Age Group Distribution section
Section 3: Enrollment Information
Obtaining details about the enrollment of students in the Professional Phase of the program for this academic year.
Average age of new students who enrolled in the professional phase of the program:

Go to the Students section from the left hamburger menu

Go to the Reports tab, select report Race, Gender, Age & Ethnicity
- Select the filter to get the data for the desired cohort and under Age Group Distribution
- You will find the average age of the cohort enrolled
Section 4: Demographic Information
Section 4.1: Total number of students enrolled IN THE PROFESSIONAL PHASE OF THE PROGRAM who are of the following race or ethnic origin
Steps:

Go to the Students section from the left hamburger menu.

Go to the Reports tab, select report Race, Gender, Age & Ethnicity
- Go to the filter and select the desired cohort to get the data.
- You will find the information under the Race section of the report.
Section 4.2: Number of students who graduated or are expected to graduate this calendar year who are of the following race or ethnic origin.
Steps:
- Go to the Students section from the left hamburger menu.

Go to the Reports tab, select report Race, Gender, Age & Ethnicity

Select the desired cohort to get the data Ethnicity data under the ethnicity section of the report.
Tip: Mark the student academic status as 'decelerated' under the student profile to track the decelerated students in the system.
You can also change the cohort of decelerated students for the updated numbers.
Section 5: Indicate the number of clinical education sites where you placed at least one student in an academic year.
1. Go to Placements.
2. Click on Reports. Click the Comprehensive Placement Report [live].
3. This will show you all the placements your program has made, Use the “Select Course Offerings” button to narrow the list to your required Academic Year course offerings.
4. Alternatively, use the filter icon at right instead and select the specific rotations from 2024.
5. Once you have the list paired down to only your required Academic Year courses, you can then sort the Location Name column and export this report.
Note: You can delete the placements that may have occurred at duplicate Locations and the number remaining will be your unique sites/locations with placements. |
