Creating Learning Activity Groups
Learning Activity Groups allow you to analyze learning activities across rotations all at once.
You can group courses by course, terms, cohorts and more! You can always edit and delete placement groups without losing any data.
- Select Learning Activities from the left menu or dashboard.
- Click + Add Group from the left panel.
- A drawer will open. Give your group a name and optional description.
- Using the filters on the left, search for and find the courses you’d like to include in the group you are creating and click next.
- Review your selections and click Save.
- Once created, your learning activity group will appear on the left side list each time you go to the Learning Activities section. To begin working with that group of courses, or to make edits to your group, simply click the name of the group.
Viewing Activity Learning Reports
You can do more than just review learning activities with reports available in Prism.
- Select Learning Activities from your dashboard or left menu.
- You’ll have three different options when it comes to reports, select the option that best fits your needs!
- Select Reports for an individual course if you would like to focus on one course only. The reports list will automatically filter by the selected course.
- Select a learning activity group and click on the Reports tab. The reports list will automatically filter by the courses bundled in the learning activity group.
- If you would like to instead view reports and filter by any other grouping, select Reports from the left panel.
- The reports list will be categorized by learning activity type.
- You’ll find common features among the reports available. Below are a few samples:
