If you’d like to review site information using a map or would like to get familiar with what your students see when researching sites, the Explore Locations section can help!
- Select Sites from your dashboard or left menu.
- Select Explore Locations from the ribbon at the top of the page.
- All the locations will be displayed on the map. To view them, simply zoom out using the – icon.
- You can apply filters based on State, City, Zip Code, or Site Name to perform a quick search.
- You can also filter by Location Area (e.g., In-area, Out Area, Out of State) when searching for locations.
- The school can filter locations based on specific settings, such as Family Medicine or Geriatrics, if desired.
- If the school has added custom tags, they can use these location tags to filter and narrow down the options on the map.
- You can determine how many locations fall within a certain distance from a school by drawing a radius of that many miles around it.
- Your view on the map would then look a bit like this:
- You can zoom in or out by clicking the +/- buttons on the right side.
- If you are looking for a specific location, use the search bar. As you type, the list will filter accordingly, and the map will only display pins for Locations on the list.
- You can reset all the applied filters by clicking the "Reset All" button.
- You can also filter by specific information such as settings, state, categories, and more. Make your selections and click Apply.
- Once you find a Location you’d like to learn more about, click on the Location Name.
- A drawer will open, showing you detailed information about the site. Click on the dropdown arrow of each section to view details.
