Terminology Comparison V3 to Prism – Exxat

Our new version contains updated labels and terminology that, we hope, align better with the language used by academicians and academic institutions. The following updates have been made:

Batch	Cohort	Group of students who entered or will be graduating from the program together
Cohort	Group	Subset within the group of students who entered or will be graduating from the program together
Clinical Questionnaire	Additional Profile Details	Section to collect additional information from students.
Statuses: Not Uploaded Pending Approval Approved Disapproved	Statuses: Get Started Pending Review Approved Not Approved
Dashboard Message	Announcement	Message that students see when logging into the system
E-Signature	Attestation	A statement that students or clinical sites electronically agree to.
Site Group	Site	An entity with which there is a contractual relationship – may include one or more “locations”
Site	Location	An individual location of a clinical site
Special Abilities	Areas of Strength	Items the student chooses to highlight in their profile
Case Information	Encounter Details	Individual patient log entry
Clinical Personnel	Administrative Personnel OR Clinical Personnel	All personnel are either: Clinical: those who participate in or directly supervise patient care OR Administrative: those involved with the business aspect of a clinical site or location.
