Expressing Interest in Published Slots

Your program may receive slot availability for an upcoming placement that is time sensitive and requires your program to provide student information to reserve the slot. To do that, they will ask you to express your interest! 

1. To access the slots published to you and indicate your preference for them:

a. If you are using the new student dashboard, click on the Submit Interests hyperlink from the Published Slots section on your dashboard.

b. If you are using the old student dashboard, click on the Published Slots section.

c. You can also access the published slots section by clicking on the upper left-hand hamburger icon, and then selecting the Published Slots option.

2. The page will display all slots that have been published for you to express your interest on.
   
3. To view additional information about the site prior to making your choice, click on the Location Name.
   
4. A drawer will open showing you details such as: 
   a. General information (address, phone, website)
   b. Requirements
   c. Notes
   d. Documents
   e. Parking and housing information
   f. Forms: This will include any evaluations that are completed by students and shared with you to evaluate the location.
   
   
   
   
5. To express interest, select Interested. If you are not interested, click Not Interested.
   
6. The system will ask you to confirm your selection. Click Yes.
   
7. Your selection will be recorded and will show on the page. If you change your mind, click the dropdown arrow, and select the other choice.
